SEAC was established to meet the needs of the Skiatook Community. It is an independent community based and volunteer run organization. It offers assistance to people in crisis situations. A food pantry and clothing closet are maintained at the Distribution Center. Utility bills, rent, transportation and medical expenses may be payed. The crisis can be personal or community wide, such as a flood or a tornado. SEAC is supported by the community of Skiatook.
